Serve customers

1. The installation, debugging, and startup of new machines at the customer's factory are jointly completed by our technical personnel and customer employees.

2. The customer needs to transport the machine to the installation site and complete other necessary auxiliary work such as power connection, compressed air connection, pipeline connection and disconnection to the machine. All material costs for the trial run will be borne by the customer.

3. After the acceptance of the new machine, we are responsible for providing free pre job technical training to the customer's equipment operators and maintenance personnel, and meeting the customer's production needs to achieve a certain level of technical proficiency.

4. During the service life of the equipment, if there is any malfunction (excluding human factors), we will provide a clear response within 2 hours after receiving a phone or fax notification from the customer. If our technical and maintenance personnel need to be present, we will arrive at the customer's site within 48 hours for handling.

5. Supply all mechanical components we produce to customers and provide technical guidance.

6. When customers experience performance failures during normal use, we promise the above warranty services. In addition, if there are clear provisions in the applicable laws and regulations of the country, we will comply with the relevant laws and regulations.

7. Customers can consult about technical issues through our after-sales phone and receive clear solutions.
